Cartier joined the Redfish team in 2001 and has worked in the equipment rental industry since 1984. Cartier functions in many capacities for Redfish Rentals, while also managing the Company’s information and communications technology, and human resources administration. He is also integrally involved in the development and administration of Company policies and procedures.

Cartier gained vast experience in the equipment rental industry with Buckner Rental Service, who served primarily the oil and gas industry. He has also been able to apply his extensive background in information technology to applications within the equipment rental industry.

Cartier appreciates the values upon which Redfish Rentals was founded and under which the Company continues to operate, and he was inspired by seeing the Company built from the ground up and being a major part of that team.
