Barry J. Deroche

President and CEO

Barry DeRoche, one of the original founders of Redfish Rentals, Inc. has served as President and CEO since its founding in 2000. Barry is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of Redfish’s 9 service centers, and also setting the strategic direction of the Company. He has over 34 years of experience in the rental equipment industry. Prior to founding Redfish, Barry was a partner in Buckner Rental Service (“Buckner”), a company that provided service to the oil and gas industry along the Gulf Coast. He was instrumental in growing Buckner to 28 branches over the years. At Buckner, he served as Vice President of Operations and was responsible for managing all aspects of operations for Buckner’s 28 branches. He was also responsible for preventive maintenance procedures and quality control programs. This background provided Barry with an in-depth understanding of the equipment and an expertise that he was able to bring to Redfish. Under Barry’s leadership, Redfish has developed processes that ensure quality, reliability, and durabililty in the Redfish rental equipment.

Barry takes pride in having assembled a team with the knowledge and experience to understand what equipment will best serve a particular customer’s needs, and having built a long-term loyal customer base that appreciates the Redfish commitment to quality.
